The Seven Impossible Moves are a collection of difficult kung fu techniques; it is presumed they are thought "impossible" to do, hence its name. There were originally seven, but Fenghuang had since that time discovered five additional moves, bringing the total to twelve, hence their new name: the Twelve Impossible Moves.
Only two had their proper names mentioned: the Mongolian Fireball and the Thundering Wind Hammer. Others, namely the five new ones, were less specifically mentioned by Po in his own vernacular. The rest were never mentioned.
